Legendary sexploitation pioneer Doris Wishman directed thirty grindhouse gems during her 42-year career including Blaze Starr Goes Nudist, Bad Girls Go to Hell and A Taste of Flesh. Wishman\'s first feature is the 1960 "nudist film" cult classic Hideout in the Sun, which Retro-Seduction Cinema proudly offers for the first time on home video.
Recipient of a bold, colorful, hi-definition transfer from the only known film elements, the movie is presented in its original 1.33:1 aspect ratio and in a 16x9 anamorphic version. Synopsis: Psycho bank robber Duke and his brother Steve make off with a bundle of money following a daring midday heist. The plan to cool their heels in Cuba takes a shocking and unexpected turn... right to a nudist camp in sunny Miami with a kidnapped ultra-vixen named Dorothy in tow. Duke plans an ocean getaway but needs Steve to drop his drawers in order to avoid suspicion from the seriously naked inhabitants and to keep an eye on the hot dame, who might expose them. Amidst the sights of pleasure-soaked women basking in the sun, frolicking in the pool, and playing volleyball, Steve and Dorothy fall for one another... but not before Duke makes up his mind to silence the lovebirds and hit the high seas with the loot.
