Two vampire sisters have been brought back from the dead, and the throat-tearing horror is about to begin. Detective Grant Sutherland is clueless to the motives and identity of a serial killer who stalks then brutally slaughters women. Turning to psychic Maggie Russo for help, he discovers that Maggie is tortured by her ability to see through the eyes of the psychopath's next victim, and her inability to reveal who the masked psycho is.
