Vicious, cold-blooded and full of rage, bad ass punk Bobby Tilton (Mike Passion) is a walking timebomb - ready to blow at any moment, for any reason. When Bobby finds his best buddy dead, he and his drug-addled gang vow to exact revenge on the Mercedes-driving yuppie they pin as the killer. But things are not quite what they seem as Bobby becomes even more hellbent on carrying out his own brand of street justice. With gun in hand and oblivion in sight, he takes his homicidal fury out on anyone who gets in his way without a hint of remorse. It's kill or be killed in Tilton's nihilistic world, and he's OK with either.
