Usually, orders are processed manually within one business day of being placed. Depending on our volume of orders, it may take additional time for your order to be shipped. Please allow ten business days for delivery.
Although we prioritize rush orders (Next Day and 2nd Day Air), we cannot guarantee that they will be processed and shipped immediately.
We only accept returns if an item is damaged or defective. Returned item(s) will be replaced by new copy or copies of the same title(s). Sorry, no refunds or exchanges.
Generally, all items for sale on this site are in stock and ready for shipment. Occasionally, however, items will be out of stock. Items which are backordered will be shipped as soon as they become available. If you are within the United States, the remainder of your order will be shipped right away. International orders are only shipped complete, so your order will not be shipped until all items are available.
All orders are processed in full, including items which are backordered. There is no additional shipping charge for the separate shipping of backordered items. Any items that are backordered will be noted on your packing list. If your entire order is backordered, we will notify you via email and give you an estimated delivery time.
INFORMATION FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
All International orders are shipped via Priority Mail International. We do not ship International orders via UPS or FedEx.
In general, International orders take about two weeks to reach their destination. However, there is always a possibility for delay due to customs or other issues. Please allow four weeks before contacting us about the status of your order.
Please note that International orders CANNOT be tracked. In order for your package to have a tracking number it must be shipped via Express Mail International, for which there is an additional (and very expensive) charge. Please contact us for Express Mail rates to your country.
