JOHN POLONIA 1968 - 2008

It is with deep regret that I announce the passing of John Polonia.  One-half of the prolific independent film duo ‘The Polonia Brothers’, John Polonia – with his brother Mark – was responsible for the production, direction, writing and editing of over 21 independent feature films and shorts.  His films inspired a generation of independent, low-budget filmmakers.

 

I am proud to have known John and produced one of his last projects, the Camp Motion Pictures original production ‘Splatter Beach’.  On behalf of Camp Motion Pictures and the Splatter Beach cast and crew, I offer my condolences to his family and friends.
